PASSAGE GAA

In 2019 we extended the existing all weather for Passage GAA, doubling it in size to cater for the increase in demand from a growing membership. Utilising all the available space in the site we constructed the new astro to match in with the existing.

 

We installed a pitch divider to facilitate halving the area for training sessions and installed new access footpaths and vehicular access.

 

We also replaced the existing Metal Halide flood lighting system with a new tailored LED flood lighting package with cowel's installed to reduce the impact on the neighbouring houses. T

 

his greatly enhances the lighting performance for players, especially for hurling.
